3230 is not supported by NSU. That's why you got the message.

But, then how can I be able to flash it...I hate going to nokia service centre, they are really poor servers.

Reflashing the phone with a newer firmware version will not improve its behaviour alot. 3230 will still remain one of the worst S60.
