ok i have changed the product code and updated to the new me edition and backed up my phone before doing so to my memory card then after a restore from the card the phone goes nuts cant go th the front screen cant get into the setting menu and so on any ideas

the reason why i instal the backup is so i can get into my3 page to check my spend and so on is their a way i can do this or not now i am on a unbranded nokia firmware any help would be great thanks

i had same problem, dont backup just copy what you can then format then copy back its the only way i found to do it without your phone goin banannas and oyur phone will be fine afterwards.

just to clarify format the phone not the mem card.
