i couldnt understand onething on my cell..if i put a birthday in one of my contacts..isnt it supposed to like display or something when that day comes?
i read somewhere bout using outlook but my calender entries dint get updated..
what shud i do that i get all my contacts bdays to be reminded to me?

You must put the reminder on calendar and not on contacts.

but then whats the purpose of having bday in contacts if ur phone doesnt remind u on that particular day?

I doubt there is a smartphone which does the way you want. The only reminder is on calendar, as nj7 said.
