Recently, I got an E90 but I just found that it's a PROTO (It's labeled on the back of the phone). It has an old SW version, I would like to update the SW version but I have tried thru the NSU tool but nothing happened, my PC do not detect the device, also tried NSU or PC Suite cannot detect the device.... What can I do to solve this? this is really frustrating...

-My phone has the option of 4 languages: English, Nederlands, Rumanian & Russian.

If is a Proto it does not work with NSU. Only, maybe, with change of product code, or even that is not enough. If is the case, you must leave with the unit just like it is (and first of all, you should not have a Proto...:rolleyes: ).

Totally agree with nj7. By the way, how did you get this prototype version?
