I have WLAN security mode set to 802.1x. But, in "WLAN Security Settings", there is a setting WPA/WPA2 with no settings for WEP.

I have chosen EAP under the WPA/WPA2 settings, but our university uses plain WEP.

I cannot get my phone to connect to the system. I am 99.999% sure I have the appropriate settings - PEAP, MsChapv2, etc.

I am wondering if the phone recognizes that the network uses WEP and automatically selects WEP over WPA.
