Hi everyone.
Today, my mate (whose N73 I ugraded from vanilla edition to ME a few months ago) gave me his phone to fix.
All I am getting from the phone is, well, nothing!
I have tried re-setting the phone by pressing *,3 and the call buttons but all I am getting is the Nokia start-up screen and the location select screen, but the keys and joystick are not responding.
I am pretty sure it has nothing to with me changing the firmware because I done that a few months ago and everything had been fine until now. Also, I done my phone before his, and I have had no problems at all with mine.
Can you please help?

My Keypad and stick stopped responding the other day too...

Although i have changed the product code, and i admitted doing that to the staff at Car Phone Warehouse, the lady said lets put it through and see what happens, she reckons its a common occurance if you play button mashing games on your phone.

its only been 2 days so will update you on this when i know whats happening.

The Local Nokia Care Centre cant fix it, so its off to nokia.... fingers crossed they dont pull me up on the product code change... (wish i had changed it back to the original code after i had flashed it now....

oh well...

they reckon 2 or 3 weeks anyhow.,..,:frown:

All fixed and back to normal, all under warranty... they didnt say a thing about changing product code....
