Hello,

I proudly own a Nokia E90 qwertz (product number 0552540 from T-Mobile).

According to Nokia software updater, my firmware (v07.24.0.3 dated 12-06-2007) is up to date and the latest available at this time.

However, I know that more recent firmware was released (07.38 and 07.40 more recently)

How can I "force" upgrade ?

Thanks,

LoLoVioLo

simple really, you just need to change the phones product code (your warranty will be void as soon as you do this) to a nokia generic code, then youll have the nsu flash your device with the latest nokia generic firmware version

Make sure you find a product code that supports qwertz though.... or you'll end up with a qwerty keyboard.

I changed product code thanks to NSS then upgrade using Nokia Software Update.

I am now running firmware 07.40

Great !
