I just got my E51 today. An upgrade from my E50 which seems really good.

I use Mail for Exchange to auto-sync with mail, contacts, calendar etc. I'm usually either at work or at home, both of which have WLAN. Can I get my E51 to sync using the WLAN if available and over Vodafone if not?

Also, I have a bunch of access points which I don't understand.

Contact Email
Contact Internet
Contract MMS
Contract WAP
PAYT Email
PAYT Internet
PAYT MMS
PAYT WAP

Which of those should I be using? Is there any way to delete the others?

Hi DavidA,

All of the access points listed above are pre-installed for convenience when you first get the device. As you're a pay monthly customer you'll primarily need the ones beginning with Contract. Ignore the other ones, they won't cause any problem.

To automatically sync the phone with your exchange, you'll need to use the Contract Internet or Contract Email option. I can't see that there's a way to prioritise connections so that your phone checks for WiFi before connecting to GPRS, so I expect you'd need to do this manually.

Anybody know any Dev's? I can forsee a HUGE market for an app like this... Pretty much anybody who uses a phone with wireless, really.

$30, hell £30 would be worth this functionality if it is not built in (which is a crime in itself!)
