Dear All,

I am getting an error which I have been unable to resolve. I keep getting the following message when trying to play an NIM file
" Playback Error Not Found".
Could this be a quirk of firmware version 3.54 which has been fixed in 4.13 (will be upgrading to 4.13 next week), or will I still get message if I cannot resolve.

Any help would be appretiated.

Well, don't know if it will help, but my phone is now in for 4.13 upgrade. I am fairly hopeful as there are few messages about this problem.

I had the same error. I uninstalled the video player using the application (install/remove) from the configuration app. If it ain't listed there, just delete it (d\System\apps\videoui)
Restart
install video.sis again (get from nokia site)
Restart
and then it worked again. Hope this works for you /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif
