I'm trying to open Word (2.00) application on my Communicator, but it closes and gives a reason code "Word" and reason number "1".

Anybody got a clue what's going on?

Removing and re-installing the application doesn't help. What else can I do?

Check your templates are there, do you have files such as Documents\Templates\word processor\Letter?
