I have 7650 PC Suite and XP SP1 - it works.
when I got my 3650, I use the same PC Suite - it works for both device
I removed 7650 PC Suite because I want to take advantage of the converter that 3650 PC Suite has - it works for both device.

But I have to try it 4 times before PC Suite detected my phones then no more problems after that. It is always detected now. Give it another try ;)
