Hi,

I am using ActiveMail and every time I want to look into the scheduler log file, it opens the webbrowser. Now I should be able to prevent this, by binding .log files to another app. But how?

And related I installed, or one can better say copied vim.exe to the nokia, but now I want to make that app available on the office page. However, where a normal app can be "Move(d) to" another page, something I manually installed can only be linked to from Desk. Is there a way to move this?

I don;t think it is actually the extension that determines the app used to open a file, but the data type inside the file. This is probably a plain text file, and the web browser is the default handler for text files. IF you install something like yedit fromn yellow it will be registered to handle text files and will be opened to handle the log file

If memory serves me right and
if 6 is like 5 then each application has a unique ID. The applications INI file under the SYS\APPS structure is used by the system to associate file types with application IDs.
