My oplogo didnt change and i followed these steps:
if you want to put an image instead of the operator name (in the right corner, between the clock and the battery meter) you need a more complicated "trick":

- download and install eFileManager from www.psiloc.com (trial version is ok)

- now go and create some folders in the phone under C:\system\Apps ... create the folder Phone, and under this one create the folder Oplogo

you should have this folder created:

C:\system\Apps\Phone\Oplogo

- now you can put inside this folder (with eFileManger) the pictures you want to use as "operator logos"

NOTE:
- size of these pics must be 97x25 pixel
- name of pictures must be the ICC ID of the operator, with this syntax:
XXX_YY_0.bmp (so, for example, for Vodafone Italy it will be 222_10_0.bmp and for TIM (Italy too) it will be 222_1_0.bmp

But it still shows my normal oplogo. can somebody please help me?

I believe this will only work on phones that are unlocked.

I don't have to change the file name on mine at all. My current oplogo is called kylie.jpg - that simple.

Is your phone unlocked? or is it locked to a service provider.....

just realized that for the second number, if it's less than 10...there's no need to put a zero in front...it works...i have a op logo of my own :)

Pliz somebody... what is ICC ID number??? where do I find it for e.g. Vodafone in Sweden?

Here it is! Ximplify has just released a freeware for anyone to quickly and easily create operator logos on their phones!

In FileExplorer V1.08 (freeware) you'll have the possibility to change (set) the operator logo - it's nearly done !

ie. u let us set a password or somethin.. 'coz that way if someone takes my phone (like i lend to them) they can't simply mess things up? and if u 4get ur pw u can still uninstall it via manager but then not everyone knows how to do that..?

wtf r u talkin about? <-- my first reaction at 7am in the morning.

Anyway thats the old style Nokia logos.. now you can use any bitmap (colour too) as long as its the right dimensions. Just send it to the phone via PC Suite and then let OpLogo manager or the new FExplorer set it.
