Wow

I didn’t believe you at first but my Goggle search found the same information.

I bet it would be dead expensive when released but like everything it will come down in price.

See the link for brief article - Samsung 8GB microSD Card

Hi guys,

Since our N95's only support 2GB cards tops, does that mean that we can't use bigger cards in the future, or is it possible that a firmware in the future will make us able to walk around with 8GB of Rock 'n' Roll? ;-0

is it a HCSD or a standard sd?

More than 2gb itīs always HC - FAT32.

On the SanDisk website it says in the 4Gb Micro SD that it is compatible with the N95.... Does anyone know a web store that sells it and ships overseas? I live in Brasil....

Try Mobymemory - UK or TechnickDirekt - DE (both have 4Gb cards on sale).

The consensus seems to be that there is a possability that the 4 gig card will work in the 95 and that the 2 gig limit mentioned by Nokia may have been stated simply becuase that was the biggest card available at the time of the statement.

Just need someone to buy one and test it now! :)

Good link!

Thanks for the link!

That sounds like great news!

Then I guess we all could look forward to some serious storage space.

But for now, we got to wait...
