Nokia 6280: Forensic analysis or raw dump of internal phone memory?

Hello folks!

My 6280 was stolen, but luckily collected back by the police.

I've already examined the memory card and found some traces to the thief.
Now, I'd like to do the same with the phone's internal memory.

Is there a way to make a "raw dump" or "disk image" of this model's internal memory?
If possible, I'd like to look for the call log for the period of time the device wasn't in my possession.
I can't see any log when it's switched on, but this may be caused by the fact that the person from whom the cops collected it was allowed to take his SIM card out.

Any hints are welcome!

Regards,

Jack
