Yes I had that as well the first time. I just closed it and ran it again. Though as has been pointed out by a few other people this update is meant for non-network specfic firmwares.

Yeah they're called Flash SMS's. LogoManager for the old 5110 and similar series phones used to let you send them though I've not seen any software for modern phones with similar capabilities.
