I don't think Nokia is having any "problems" with firmware. Each build brings improvement. And doing a beta on one device is wise and limits the participants. Adding support for more devices as we go...

how do you know if you have the euro spec radio or the us 3g radio in the n95 8gb? and if you change the product code, do you disable the radio frequency not used in the new region?
