Some language gone after upgrade e71

Hi ...

I juts do upgrade my phone e71 . current version 400.21.013 22-1-2009
RM-346 NOKIA E71.1

Before I have Arabic language ..I don't know if this is version not support Arabic language . is there is way to rollback changes and going back to previous update...
