This place is offering PAYGo 5800s for
130 on Orange and T-Mobile and
140 on O2
(A 10 top-up is mandatory as well)

http://www.mobiles.co.uk/orange-noki...as-you-go.html
http://www.mobiles.co.uk/t-mobile-no...as-you-go.html
http://www.mobiles.co.uk/o2-nokia-58...as-you-go.html

That seems STUPIDLY cheap.

Has anyone ever used them and know if they are reputable ?

They are all clearance though, so are refurbished phones, not new. You may not get all the usual contents in the box, the phone might have a few marks on it, and it may come in a box other than the original Nokia box.

Mobiles.co.uk are owned by Carphone Warehouse, so should be fine.
