No `phone or server`option when deleting mail on N8!

Hi All

I have noticed when deleting mail on N8 that you are not gven the option to either delete off phone or phone and server and deleted mail off server automatically !!!!. After I had done this luckily I had already backed up most of my important business releated stuff on server and in the time it took to next sync with server I had saved most of private emails but I did still loose a couple of months of personal stuff on private email - best back up to saved folder before any form of deletion.
