Hi power battery pack for N80??

Hi Folks,

does any one of you know if there is a high power replacement battery pack (BL-5B) for N80 with high capacity say 1500mAH, rather than the standard, BL-5B - 760mAH.

~thanks

Description looks good but have not yet received it.

~Thanks

Wow if that battery fits, and if it really does have 1900mah capacity i will have to get myself one of those.
I might be able to use it for a decent amount of time....

Keep us informed.

Yep, I'd be interested in one of those. How much did it rush you?

Yeah firmware upgrade helped alot, but when i compare to my previous phone SE t68 its a tremendous change wrt to battery life.
And thats why i am hopeing to get ~3days of general useage (without much wifi)

There's also a higher than standard capacity battery here :
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/For-Nokia-BL-5...QQcmdZViewItem

it's 1100mah, I used to use one for my N90 unfortunately I sold it along with the N90, so now I am trying to decide whether to go for the 1100 or 1900mah battery for my new N80.

Problem is that page on ebay is all in german and I cant make head nor tale of whats what. Anyone actually bought one of these batteries, recieved it and can give any feedback on it or how long the phone lasts with it?

Dont want to shell out for it if its likely to explode upon being charged as there are some really dodgy batteries out there!
Advice anyone?

Agree with you on that, all UK ebayers seem to sell lower capacity, equal to or official batteries...
Can vouch for the LEO BL5-B ive posted above though, 1100mah and while I used it in my n90 it never got hot and it did indeed provide a healthy battery life increase
Am very dubious of the 1900mah one, although its a nice thought I wouldnt mind some feedback first before trying, then again - to get that, someones gotta be a guinea pig :( just dont think ive got the guts!

you can translate the page with google translate tool http://www.google.co.uk/language_tools?hl=en , just type the url in, its not a perfect translation but you may be able to make out what you need to know a little better

Any text that doesnt translate you can copy and paste it into the translate tool, just make sure you choose german to english

and the seller seems to have a very good rating nd has been on ebay for 7 years so I guess he sells good gear.

and I think these are the suppliers http://www.akku.net/

I also tried to find anything at all about this battery and I cant find anything, no manufactures, just resellers or people on ebay and only in Germany. I would be interested to see whats under the white label if its removed, I am not saying its dodgy, but something doesn't feel right to me about it, but then again I am probably wrong, will have to see what the guys who bought it have to say.

Absolutely righ cash!....the only way to find out is if the battery stays up to its expectation of 1900mAH. So guys who have got this battery, kindly let us know of its performance( Standard usage, charging time, heat dessipation etc)

~thanks
