Nokia MOSH and software piracy

Nokia runs the risk to be associated with software piracy. The reason: on the MOSH (Mobilize and Share by Nokia) website (no link here since it's not allowed to link to sites with pirated software) an increasing offer of pirated software can be found. Searching for the names of known hacker groups or other popular terms from the illegal software circuit (like crack, serial or keygen) lists a large amount of hacked commercial software. I know that you can find this stuff on other internetsites as well, but the fact that this is on an offical Nokia web site and that it apparently goes unpunished is far worse in my opinion.

As a registered MOSH user you can't even report illegal software using the "report abuse" link since MOSH only accepts complants from the original copyright holder whose "rights are allegedly infringed". Before submitting the report, you have to check the following statement for example, otherwise the complaint cannot be submitted: "A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

In the mean time I have reported several MOSH items (and chose to ignore the fact that I'm not the "legal representative" of the firms of which pirated versions of their software is on MOSH), but several days later the software is still on MOSH even though it's obvious that this is illegal software..... In the FAQ you can read that "MOSH takes the protection of intellectual property very seriously...", but the reality proves different.

I think it's about time that companies like EpocWare, LonelyCatGames or PsiLoc make a more firm statement to Nokia.

How to report software piracy for symbian OS?

Is there any site where people can report Software Piracy for Symbian OS?
Can we do something about Software Piracy for Symbian OS?
If anyone knows just give me the link to that site or sites who are fighting against software piracy so we can give them the links of sites that have such piracy content.
