My X is not detected : Update Mode

Hi all,
Me once again, my X is not seen when I am trying to update it.
When it's in update mode (...a sendo plugged on a PC icone) my PC is not able to see it. But if I reboot / start normally, the Sendo X is well seen.
...It's bug or what ?!! Who knows ?...

As I understand it, the X in 'normal' mode and the X in 'update' mode have different USB IDs, each of which needs its own driver. There are other threads that describe this, but I think that if you follow the update instructions precisely then it will work OK. Don't think - just do it.

Off the top of my head, try unplugging the USB lead, then booting the phone into update mode and plugging it back in. This should be enough to cause your PC to detect the new device, and ask you to install the special driver that comes with the update software.

The USB drivers needed for update mode are included in the Sendo firmware update downloads.

Ok, guyz
Look, the X shows that it has seen the connection with my PC ( the coulour of the usb cable is green on the "Update Mode" pict). The strange thing is that my Mrouter does not see anything.
As soon as I launch the Updating process, my sendo says that the connection with my PC is broken...
On the other hand, the Sendo Update tool displays a pop up saying that my cell is not plugged.
It's drivin' me crazy !!!

Are you trying to install the correct software, does it match the SPN on your phone label below "Made in Netherlands" on the label behind the battery?

I have had some troubles with the MRouter software too, after I disabled it to run at system startup. I had to totally delete all the Sendo software, and reinstall everything again to get it running again. Maybe that is an idea?

Try to update your handset from a different PC, where the Sendo software hasn't been installed before, maybe that 'solves' your problem for now...
