Remove APPs "completely"

In regarding to read Chinese web pages via OPERA, I am wondering if you guys can help me with it.
I do have the Chinese font but it still not works at all.
When some characters are supposed to be shown on web pages, it appears "squares" instead.

Now Iím trying to re-install OPERA, and see if the problem can be solved.
Unfortunately, after reinstalling OPERA , the problem still exists.
After running the OPERA, the previous bookmarks are still on the list.
It seems that the OPERA is not removed completely.
So I consider that if I can remove the APPs completely,
Maybe the problem will be solved.....
Does anyone know how to remove APPs "completely"?

It is not the specific problem for OPERA. It is problems for "many" APPs.
Once I uninstalled BugMe, and same problem occurred.
There is still a file, BugMe, in c:/system/app/bugme
And guys think about this.
If we keep installing and uninstalling APPs.
There will be more and more junk folders occupying internal memory.
So I am wondering if anyone can solve this...
That will be thankful.

apps, completely, remove
