Java Midlet Security

I use my P1i connecting to a GPS device by BlueTooth.
As I move, my phone will load different map segments

The application is a java application and I need to confirm if I should "trust" the application to read that map segment. It is annoying

The question is:

How can I tell my phone to trust the application once for all?
