memory card password and programs

Hi,

After I have set a password for my memory card and restart my phone, the programs installed on the cards cannot be opened. It didn't ask for my password when I start the phone, and I can see the programs and other files on the card (e.g. mp3s) and access those other files too. If I select "Remove Memory Card" (without physically removing the card though, just the menu option) then I can use those programs again. So in other words everytime I restart my phone I'd have to select "remove memory card" first before I can use the programs installed on the card. And I have noticed that the problem only affects sis programs... java programs installed on the card seem to work just fine.

Anyone else have this problem? Or is it just my phone??

Thanks.
