Exclamation 7610 Users - Does your screen buzz?

I just got my uncles 7610, and i took it and updated it.
The only available firmware they had was: "v4.0437.4"
Since the "v5.*" hasnt been available everywhere apparently, but hopefully soon it will.

Anyways, i was personalizing the phone, when i came across the "Brightness Level" under display, in the settings. It was set at the maximum, i brought it down, when i noticed a slight buzzing sound coming from the screen. I then found out that when u bring down the brightness to the lowest or take it up to the highest the buzzing goes away.

My question is, what the hell is up with the buzzing? I recall the same thing happened when i asked to look at someones 6260, it had the same buzzing sound when the brightness was brought down.
Is the a software flaw or a hardware one? Can it be fixed? I believe the 1 year warrenty has expired?!?! Thnx

Ps. The buzzing sound may be very low, so when your checking,
1) Set the brightness in the middle,
2) make sure your in a very quite environment,
3) place your ear on the screen!

My 6670 buzzes as well when the brigtness is turned down.
You sometimes get buzzing on stage dimming. I am a musician, and I notice this very often, the instrument amps sometimes pick up the buzzing. I have also heard buzzing in reading lamps that you can dim. So I suppose much the same is happening in our phones.

actually thank you "tinwhistle" cause i was wondering if the 6670 has the same problem or not!

But just to further clearify it, does the buzzing only occur when its dim?
cause my 7610 buzzes at all brightness levels, except when off or set to the max!
Basically yo stop it from buzzing, i have to set the brightness on max, which unfortunately drains the battery!

And while we're on the subject, whenever i start the camera up, for a split second a sound comes from the loud speaker. A sort of a bass deep sound, as if the speaker has been switched on and then off. Can u please check and get back to me.

Also my charger buzzes when im charging, this has happened with my 7610 and my n-gage. The buzzing sound comes from the charger itself!

Thanks a million!

The buzzing starts on the 4th navi click on reducing brightness and stops just before the screen is at its darkest.
When I start the camara there is a quiet short "sish" form the loudspeaker. I have to put my ear to the speaker to hear it.
My charger is silent.

All the best
