I was sitting with my finger on the add to basket button for a while, then common sense prevailed and I avoided spunking £33 on a 128MB memory card.

I think I can wait a bit more for a sensibly priced 256MB version.

You can always sell the 128 card on e-bay in 6 weeks time once the bigger cards come out.
You'll have 6 weeks of more music, games, videos and pictures, at a cost of about £10 once you sell the old card.
Not such a bad deal for a tenner

Not sure if they“ve actually got any or are just running up some pre orders. Haven“t used this site before but looks more promising than end of March..

Good to hear I was hoping they would come yesterday. Just hope the folks are in to sign for the damn thing!

Before you whack loads of stuff on (if you haven't already) how many full size pics does the camera say it will hold on the new card now? I'm just curious....

Ah, thanks. Looking forward to getting my hands on my card later on when I get back! Sad how something so insignificant like extra memory can be so exciting! It's just gonna be nice not to have to delete things all the time.

Dont know if its a coincidence but the first restart after i put my 128 meg card in i got the message "phone start up failed contact dealer" tried taking the card out and restarting but the same thing so i tried holding the 3 buttons down at switch on to format it and it seems to have worked
ive put the card back in reformatted it and put things back one by one just in case something was corrupt on the backup i did via usb

Init, and I thought £33 at Expansys was bad. Which other sites are stocking them?
