Nokia 5800 C Phone Memory

Hi all, really need some assisitance before I end up launching my new phone off a cliff! My phone is constantly showing memory full, when I go into file manager and the C Drive there doesnt seem to be anything in the files apart from some music, I cannot receive text messages due to thier not being enough memory!

Any ideas please?

Before doing that have look at this tutorial:

Probably you have too many messages on C (incoming or outgoing or both). In addition, you may have used internet browser which fills the cache. See the tutorial for remedy.
