Skype, video, and wlan?

Installed Skype from Nokia Ovi.
Skype test call works o.k. But there is no video test in Skype test call.
Called a friend, but he could not receive any video from me? He had no webcam present, and no video was seen in my screen either.
DOES THIS NEW SKYPE FROM OVI SUPPORT VIDEO WHEN USING E90?

O.K.
The perent SkypeSymbian does not support video calls:

And Fring blocked their Skype service :-(

Tried Fring instead:
Fested Fring call using two e90's through wlan. No video! Should one adopt a 3g-network to make a video call in case of e90?
