Is it possible to get wifi on the N70? If not what Nokia have this option for under �250 any ideas?

No it is not possible.
Current Nokia Wifi handsets are the 9300i and 9500. Otherwise you will have to wait (Q1) for E60, E61, E70, N80, N71

I think the N91 and N92 are also spec'd to have wifi.
One feature I would have really loved in my N70 would have been wifi.
The N80 looks to be a great all rounder of a phone.
