An American college football game published by EA Sports and developed by Exient Entertainment, porting the PS2/Xbox/GameCube title to the N-Gage. Covers the 2003 season with over 100 real college teams, full season and bowl game modes, and Bluetooth two-player multiplayer.
The N-Gage port used a fundamentally different graphics engine from the console versions: where the PS2 game ran in full 3D, the N-Gage used sprite-based player models on a polygonal field — a design closer to 1990s sports games. The cover athlete across all versions was Carson Palmer, the USC quarterback who had won the 2002 Heisman Trophy. The console versions scored as high as 94 on Metacritic; the N-Gage port landed at 65, with GameSpot noting it "just isn't very fun to play." It was the only version of the game developed by Oxford-based Exient Entertainment, who went on to become one of the more prolific mobile sports game specialists of the mid-2000s. Released in North America only.
