An N-Gage-exclusive isometric action-RPG in the Diablo mould, developed by Beijing-based studio Digital Red and published by Nokia in November 2004. Players choose between male warrior Troy or female sorceress Linda and fight through demon-infested levels to defeat Dalu, an ancient fiend accidentally freed from captivity in Hell.
Requiem of Hell was the N-Gage's first isometric action-RPG and one of the few games on the platform developed by a Chinese studio. Digital Red built the game on the same engine they used for their other N-Gage title, Sango — Romance of the Three Kingdoms, released the same year. Combat featured weapon-specific special moves, a blocking mechanic, and multiple spell types — an unusually deep system for mobile hardware of the era. Two of the game's worlds use randomly generated maps, adding replayability. A two-player co-operative and competitive Bluetooth mode was included. Critics noted the game's nonsensical dialogue and plot as unintentional charm rather than a dealbreaker, with Neoseeker describing it as a 'dark horse' that demonstrated what new N-Gage development teams could achieve.
