A golf simulation developed by Backbone Emeryville and published by EA Sports for the N-Gage in June 2004, featuring five courses (three real PGA Tour venues — St Andrews, TPC Scottsdale, and Bayhill — plus two fantasy layouts), six playable golfers including Tiger Woods and John Daly, and both Bluetooth and live online multiplayer.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004 holds the distinction of being the first N-Gage game to offer real-time online competition via the N-Gage Arena service, allowing up to four players to compete live in tournaments — a capability that at the time gave it a genuine advantage over the Game Boy Advance equivalent. Up to four players could share a single device in pass-the-handset mode, or two players with separate N-Gages could play head-to-head over Bluetooth. The developer credited in the existing data as Digital Eclipse was in fact Backbone Emeryville — a separate studio under the same parent company, Backbone Entertainment. GameSpot noted the game was "good enough" as the only golf title on the platform but felt somewhat bare-bones compared with console equivalents.
