An action-RPG by Nihon Falcom, adapted for N-Gage by ScriptArts and published by Nokia in June 2005. The game is a spin-off of Dragon Slayer II: Xanadu (1985), set in a high-fantasy world where a mercenary knight must recover an artefact and defeat the resurrected King Dragon Galsis, with real-time combat, dungeon exploration, and equipment-driven character progression.
The N-Gage version was published several months before Nihon Falcom released the original Windows PC version in Japan (27 October 2005), making the N-Gage port one of the rare cases where a mobile adaptation preceded the primary platform release. ScriptArts' adaptation supported two-player cooperative play. The N-Gage version received mixed reviews (65% on GameRankings, 6.6/10 from GameSpot), while the PC original earned significantly better marks — around 78% on both GameRankings and Metacritic. The Windows version remained Japan-only until XSEED Games published an English localisation in November 2016, more than a decade after the N-Gage release had introduced the franchise to Western players first. The game's creative team included writer Toshihiro Kondo, who later became president of Nihon Falcom.
