Wheel Of Fortune Deluxe
This is a mobile game based on the popular television game show of the same name. The gameplay is similar to hangman, where you have to reveal a famous word, name or proverb by naming one letter at a time, but there's also a gambling element introduced by the wheel itself which may add to your prize fund or take it away.

Ovi Gaming Review:
Phone Used For Review - Nokia 5800 XpressMusic (games may be different on different phone models)
Gameplay - Wheel Of Fortune Deluxe is a mobile version of the famous television gameshow where you have to guess words or phrases by spinning a wheel and winning letters. You can choose to play a full multi-round episode of the game against computer players, a full episode on your own (with a limited number of errors allowed), or you can just play the "toss-up" round where you have to guess a phrase within a time limit as letters appear. There are three difficulty levels in the full episode mode. The touchscreen version of WOFD does not use the touch sensitivity at all, and has to be controlled entirely through the virtual keypad in half-screen mode.
Graphics - The look of the TV programme is fairly faithfully reproduced, and the animations are fairly smooth, but there's a nasty graininess to the graphics as if they were intended for another screen resolution. Also, the letters look very small on certain phone models which can make them difficult to read. It would have been nicer if the designers had zoomed in on the board with the phrases on it.
Sound - Sound effects and short bursts of music for various game events.
Multiplayer & Online - None.
Overall - A major problem in this game is that the phrases and words in the English version seem to sometimes be a bit too obscure and depend on having a knowledge of US-specific culture and trivia. Other problems are the graininess of the graphics and the smallness of the letters on the screen. However, in general if you like Wheel Of Fortune on television then you may well enjoy this phone version too. WOF is an innately good format for puzzles and if you can get past the problems this is quite a fun game to play.
Score - 60%
