Ok folks, how do I delete the saved pages from Opera ?
Iv've been to c:\web\saved pages\ and deleted the contents of this folder, but the saved page titles still appear in Opera and I can't find a way of getting rid of them.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Nigel.
not tried this, but it would make sense.
click on the icon to the left of the saved page, then look in the menu at the top. Clicking on the icon selects it rather than opening it.
Hi Andy_P,
Ok, I've learnt something new today about tapping the icon on left to select without opening.
Next problem, the links for the pages that I manually deleted are still in Opera's saved pages but when I tap the icon on left the screen refreshes but no option menu appears so I can't delete them !!!
Oh dear what have I done this time....
Any further assistance would much appreciated.
Nigel.
Does someone know how i can save my Opera-Links from the P800 on the PC?
Now I'm totally foxed.
I uninstalled Opera and reinstalled and they flamin things are still there :-?
Come you clever lot, one of you must know how to get rid of them (I hope 😊 )
Thanks,
Nigel.

If this post comes up double sorry made some mistakes in the first
Using Opera you can save the web page (infact this is the only way to save images from pages browsed with Opera.
The list of saved pages and book marks show when you start Opera.
The saved pages are stores in c:\web\saved pages and I have already manually deleted these but the links to them still show in Opera & now I can't get rid of them.
If I'd have know earlier I would have known that if I tap the icon on the left of the name a menu box pops up and the option to delete is there.
This pop up does not work when I click the cion for the link that is now dead.
Nigel.

What a GENIUS 😃
That worked a treat.
Created 1.htm, 2.htm etc for file missing using notepad and copied to c:\web\saved pages
Able to delete from Opera. Brilliant. Noticed that it did not actually remove the files from the saved pages folder though so manually deleted them.
Thanks for you help.
Nigel.
