Defective N8 Warranty Question

I had this N8 since January with a one year warranty. It's been six months now. When I bought my N8 It never rebooted by itself then next day it started and on and on and on. I thought that I had too many applications on so I gave it a chance then i've just searched about this problem last month since i don't have internet connection at home.... So my N8 has a few damages to it already.

It also has the purple tint issue which is very frustrating when I found out about it....
