In addition to Matthews post about the IM update that is recurring, I now have 5 updates that show in Ovi Store and will not go away!
I am surprised that Nokia has allowed this to go on for so long as it is frankly very embarrassing when you compare to Android market.
But my biggest gripe is how long it takes to download these updates and install it. The Sims3 update (48mb) took about 45 mins to download and install on my E7 over wifi. (and it still shows that there is a new update although you have just installed it)
I have an Adnroid Dell Streak too using the same wifi connection and i managed to download a 200mb update and install in under 10 mins.
Also, you have to wait a while after an app has installed/updated for the phone to be usable as i can't catch up!
I guess this is a hardware limitation issue but the OVI store update issue has gone on far too long.
How can they expect people to buy apps if this is what happens.
