My son has a Nokia 5800 and when switched on, a message keeps flashing saying "Memory full, delete from Phone Memory" Trouble is, cannot access home page or anything. Can anyone help?

delete a message from the sim and it'll go. thing is, you'll have to put the sim into another phone that reads sim stored messages to do it. bit of a nuisance that flashing envelope is
