Hello all ...

1. my Nokia E61i recently showed permanent horizontal white line. what is the cause and is there any solution to that problem ?

2. is the Symbian/Anna OS available to E61i ?

1. Probably a hardware problem. Your nearest Nokia authorized service/repair center should be able to fix it (or send it onwards for fixing). If it is not fixable (e.g., no longer any parts available for an old model, then you need to buy a new phone, unless you bought it so late, that it is still under warranty).

2. No. The E61i is too old/limited for the requirements of Symbian Anna.
