Good afternoon. I�ve been having issues accessing the Nokia Care Suite firmware repository using navifirm+ 1.3 since August 22nd. Every time I try to retrieve the Product repository I get the following message "Communication Error: An error occured when attempting to download firmware information. [WebException] The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive."
I've tried on several different computers and ISPs but I still am getting an error. Is this happening to anyone else?
Perhaps Nokia has blocked unauthorized access to their servers.
I too was getting the same error. It seems to of cleared up now though.
There still seems to be a problem.
Today I'm getting this:

com.nokia.posti.server.caresuite.webservice.UnauthorizedFault.
This only happens when trying to connect to Nokia Care Suite. Quality Assurance and Production External are still accessible.
Seems like Nokia has blocked outside access to Care Suite, which is a bit odd since it only houses officially released firmware. Maybe too much load on them made Nokia block it?
Update: No, it's not blocked. Right now I can access Care Suite again. Probably just overloaded at times.
