hi, recently i got a n97 phone and its amazing, but days ago i was trying to free some space from the memory, and i deleted some files from the /c memory, since that day my phone doesnt have internet conection, i have data on my plan, but phone says that i have no data service, it doesnt detect lans, and when i enter to conectivity, only show me options to choose an acces point or something like that, i choose the acces point, and phone still doesnt let me have internet.. im asking for help maybe somebody can send me the files i miss or tell me how can i fix it, cause this problem is breaking me. thanks 😊:con?

Whether what you delete has relevance to the problem or not, depends on what, exactly, you deleted. What, exactly, did you delete?

You could always do a full reformat to reset the phone back to the state it was in, more or less, when it left the factory where it was made. Same result via a firmware update/reinstall.

Be careful with restoring backups, if you've backed up what's causing the problem (restoring will restore the problem too, possibly).

i think that the folder i delete it it was SYSTEM, but i dont remember exactly, i dont have backup of phone, and i already reset it, but the folder didnt restore.

I`m goin through the same situation with my N97. Could anybody, who has a working N97, do a system backup and send to my e-mail, please? It won`t take more than minutes. It`s just do the backup and compress the file.
