I Have Nokia N86
As You know the internal memory in this mobile is 8 GB
but when i try to save something in it i con't
when i open that memory i see the message (memory in use)
when i try to install some app in it i see this message (unavailable)
but i can see that memory from File Manger
Note
i don't install SD memory in my Phone because The SD Port is not Work

I try To Format The Memory But I con't
and i install several Firmware but Not Work
Help Me Please
and Tell Me How I Can fix This Problem[/SIZE]
Do you have som applications installed that lock the mass memory, or have you configured the Messaging app to use the mass memory for message storage, instead of it using the phone memory (C-drive)?
What happens, if you reformat the phone with *#7370#, but do not restore any backups? Does it work then?

I try Format phone bu using *#7370# and not work
and i re-install new Firmware i download by NAVIFIRM but not Work
i don't use any app use mass memory

when i use the file Explorer App i don't see the Memory there
