Hi

I recently "cured" a corrupt music library problem by running this Win 7 utility on my Lexmark 32GB class 10 micro SDHC. The nusic would play from my 5800XM's File Manager but not from the Player.

I first followed instructions given here - http://nokiasaga.com/tutorial-nokia-5800-refreshing-corrupted-music-library%E2%80%A6 - but they didn't work.

Then I ran the windows utility (after being prompted by windows when 5800XM was reconnected to netbook in Mass Storage mode).

It threw up a LOT of different problems, and put about 5gb worth of files into the Found folder it creates for recovered files.

I deleted this folder & re-ran the Refresh Library & it worked again.

This points to a possible issue with the memory card - but it's actually a new replacement for my old 16g Sandisk class 2 (which got corrupted in this phone).

I'm interested though - is the Windows file/disk repair utility fully compatible with a different operating system ie. S60 v5 ?

thanks
