Hello friends,
Just joined the forum today.Facing a problem.After using Nokia Maps 3.8 in N8 the Compass has been greyed out all the time.Unable to enable it or atleast don't know how to:con?.Also tried to reinstall maps but failed.Compass is working fine with Compass Lite .Having Symbian Anna with all the latest updates in my Mobile.Can anyone help me out??

I had mine working once - can't remember where I saw it. Oh yeah, the manual.
Haven't used it since so can't remember now. Why not read up and report back?
Come to think of it, I think you just tap it, then it tells you to turn the device over a couple of times, and it sets.
The compass can only be enabled if the map is locked to your current position. Tap the blue dot and the compass will ungrey 😊
