Hi All,
I installed the 2 part Anna update ages ago, but when checking for updates it still tells me I need them. I then try and install them again but all I get is an error message when finished.
I can not untick the boxes, and this issue prevents me from installing any other updates.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, wasn't a problem on my N8. Once the two Anna updates were installed they didn't appear again. Shortly after those there was an Anna service pack which also installed smoothly.
Check if someone on Nokia's support discussion forum has answers:

Or call Nokia's customer support and ask them.
Everything else working fine? Try a backup/reset/restore?
I had this & did a hard reset - i.e *#7380# not the other route. I'd installed a couple of beta labs things so I think these may have been the cause. For me it was no hassle to backup and do this; in fact I think it has helped the speed of the N8 since doing that really.
