Any way to lock the home screen widgets and stop anyone from editing them?

My son loves my Nokia phones and quite simply screws them up in minutes. He presses and holds the home screens without thinking and either moves things around or deletes them.

The only solution I have so far is to use the restore function to restore my settings but this is a pain.

So, is there an app to lock the home screen widgets once set?

Give him something else to play with? I guess he wants to play with what you're "playing" with. Sounds like a good time to teach him the word "no". 😉

And no, I can't think of a way to lock it other than lock it. Get a nice lock screen app like sleeping screen and he'll at least see something on the screen when it's locked. Search the store, and report back for other users with kids.
