Morning all,
I am at my wits end. My E7 which I updated successfully with Anna and more recently Belle has given up the ghost. On Friday the phone crashed and I re-entered my PIN and lock code and since then it had reasonable attempts at charging for a few minutes....the NOKIA sign came on and then the small white charge light was on....this happened a few times while I tried a reset (holding power button for a few seconds). The phone went on and vibrated a few times....
I got frustrated and transferred my sim back to my trusty E72 and now upon charging....nothing seems to happen either by trying the wall usb and PC mini usb charger charger😡 Yesterday I tried the hard reset bt to no awail....
I am really debating 2 things...do I contact Nokia support or do I go back to Chitter Chatter and change the phone under warranty? (I am in my 9th month)...or the extreme if the above 2 fail.... is that I take the phone apart and take the battery out...hoping this may be my last ditch attempt!
This is really pushing me away from Nokia...I have had Nokia all my life and now I am seriously considering the new iphone/ Andriods.....
Any help here would be appreciated....in truth I just want my E7 back😊
