Thought I would try here as I am getting absolutely nowhere via Nokia "support"...
I downloaded the Maps 2.0 suite recently. However, owing to other problems I had to do a factory reset on my N8-00 (Belle). Since then, every time I log onto the store I get prompted to download an update. However, it's the same update over and over again.
I keep installing it and it seems to work - albeit far too quickly - without any error messages, but something is clearly going amiss.
Looking on google I'm not the only ones, but there doesn't seem to be an answer to it.
Unfortunately no option now exists to uninstall maps from the phone altogether so I can try and install it again.
Not a major issue, just really annoying and the response from Nokia Customer Support just makes it all the more annoying.
